THE FRIENDS OF STOCKTON VOICE - We want to find and cultivate vocal talent. How do we do that? By holding vocal contests. Would it not be great to find the next exceptional voice and lift the name of the City of Stockton to a higher level of recognition at the same time by having these artists represent our city?
